Farmers Market
Visit our farmers market and artisan craft fair every Tuesday from 2PM-5PM for the freshest produce, ‘ono (delicious) food, and beautiful Kaua’i made goods. Enjoy live Hawaiian music while browsing over 40 local vendors.

Road-Side Stand
This self serve, honor system retail space is open seven days a week, from 7am to 7pm. In addition to our famous liliko`i poi cheesecake, purchase savory entrees, sides and baked goods created with ingredients from our farms and gardens; and produce fresh from our gardens and orchards.

Poi Days
Waipāʻs food justice project where ʻohana and community produce 800lbs of poi weekly. We ensure this traditional staple is accessible to all generations, especially our kūpuna (elders), while cultivating the ʻono (a taste and love) for poi in our keiki (children).

Laukupu Kitchen
Inquire HereLaukupu Kitchen is a state certified commercial kitchen completed in 2014. We utilize the kitchen to create value-added products from our farms, gardens and lo`i and cook meals for volunteers, tours and events. The 800sf space serves as a commissary kitchen currently utilized by local food entrepreneurs like Sara Carsia of Fresh Bite Food Truck.

Volunteers Inquire HereWaipāʻs team manages over 30 acres of productive gardens, orchards, lo`i and agroforestry sites which are the source of fresh local produce and ingredients for our products, tours and volunteer meals, and learning sites for our `āina education programs.
